The application is completed in two steps.

Be sure to follow the directions to complete both steps!

1.  I understand that Kidlutions™  has two tiers of their Review Crew program: Active and Reserve.  Active members will receive products to review and comment on in their blogs.  Reserve members will remain on the list to be called upon at any time to become an active member.  While on the reserve list, members will be entered into random drawings for product giveaways and samples.  I understand that Kidlutions™ will select members, as needed, to participate as active members in their Review Crew, and that they will include as many individuals as possible.  I understand that applying to be part of the Kidlutions™ Review Crew does not guarantee that I will be an active member (receive products to review), nor does it guarantee that I will receive products, or any set number of products.

2.  Kidlutions™ will ensure that every applicant that signs-up will be entered into random drawings for product samples and giveaways.  However, there is no guarantee, explicit or implied, that every individual that applies will receive products.

3.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless  Kidlutions™ and all of its parent companies and subsidiaries from any legal proceedings which I become involved with in relation to my blog, blog postings, information and statements, either directly or indirectly related to my connection with Kidlutions™ Preferred Product Awards.

4.  I understand that my blog, facebook page and twitter account must demonstrate goodwill towards others.  In particular, I will treat all individuals, groups, and institutions with respect.  While my blog or other social media pages may reflect my opinions and ideas, which may be in conflict with others, I will always do so with respect and highest regard to my fellow man (or woman, as the case may be).  I understand that Kidlutions™ may remove me from their Review Crew at any time, for any reason, and that I will be notified of the same, if applicable.

5.  I understand that I may withdraw my name from the Kidlutions™ Review Crew team, whether I am active or on reserve status, at any time, for any reason.  I further understand that I must contact Kidlutions™ to inform them of the same.

6.  I understand that Kidlutions™ does not provide monetary incentive to me for my participation on the Review Crew.

7.  I understand that I am free to keep whatever products are given to me for my review, for my own use, to use as a giveaway on my site, or to donate to charity.

8.  I agree that whenever Kidlutions™ ships a product for my review, I will review the product and complete the online review form within a period of two weeks of receipt of the product.

9.  I understand that my failure to review the product and complete the online review within the agreed upon timeline may result in my responsibility to reimburse Kidlutions™ and/or the manufacturer for all costs related to the product and shipping of the same to me.

10.  I understand that I must display the Kidlutions™ Review Crew Badge on my site at all times that I am affiliated with the program, whether on active or reserve status.
